In addition to his real estate career, Andrew Fleming also runs a thriving basketball player development program, impacting players from all levels across the region and beyond.

Andrew Fleming’s basketball journey began at Ensworth High School in Nashville, where he won three consecutive Tennessee state championships and earned honors such as Tennessee’s Mr. Basketball and Tournament MVP for Division II-AA. Following high school, he continued his career at the University of Iowa, where he played for the Hawkeyes in the competitive Big Ten Conference. During his freshman season, he contributed to a team that reached as high as #3 in the AP rankings and advanced to the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament.

After his collegiate career, Mr. Fleming pursued professional basketball opportunities overseas, gaining international experience playing against teams in Chile and Italy and being part of the Chilean National Team setup.
